Digital brand protection
Impersonating sites and social accounts trade on your name to harvest your customers' credentials. Detection, on-screen warning and takedown, on a real-time basis.
The problem is your customers, not your network
There is scarcely a corporate organisation of any standing without a faked online identity somewhere — most of all in financial services and fast-moving consumer goods, and across telecoms, betting and lottery, and food and drink manufacturing.
Attackers build a fake website or social media handle for a legitimate business. Unsuspecting customers reach it and supply their username, password, one-time password and other private information. The customer loses their credentials, and the organisation loses their loyalty and looks unsafe, having done nothing wrong on its own infrastructure.
What the service does
After you subscribe:
- You are informed of any new fake website or social media handle created to deceive your customers, on a real-time basis
- Every customer reaching the fake site is shown a bold on-screen alert telling them the site is not yours, so they leave before entering anything
- Identified fake websites and social handles are taken down, with your approval
- A forensic report details the attacker, the affected customer, and the security code the attacker used to deceive them
- During account takeover attempts, the customer's credentials are scrambled from the attacker's view
Establishing the exposure first
We begin with a free vulnerability assessment of your web presence, which shows how your corporate identity is already being duplicated and impersonated without your knowledge, and follow it with a proof of concept at no cost.

Work that usually runs alongside this
Complete attack surface monitoring
Continuous analysis of everything of yours that is reachable from the internet, with the exposures ranked by what they would cost you rather than by scanner score.

Every live network carries weaknesses. Testing finds them, proves what they expose, and produces an improvement path that can be measured rather than asserted.
